  • VIN IQ’s free Marketing Analysis helps dealers compare their marketing campaigns at the vehicle level to determine how much traffic and marketing spend is being directed to any particular vehicle in stock. Then, through VIN IQ’s ad campaign integration capabilities, dealers can optimize their campaigns by promoting vehicles that need exposure instead of over promoting vehicles that have already received adequate traffic from free sources.

  • It’s simple! After a couple of quick set-up steps to connect VIN IQ to your dealership’s website and ad platforms, a tracking period of 3-4 weeks is recommended. After the tracking period, our team will meet with you to review your dealership’s Marketing Analysis and make recommendations to boost your dealership’s marketing performance.

  • VIN IQ integrates with your existing ad campaigns to diagnose and improve marketing performance at the VIN-level for increased turn and gross profit, while reducing marketing waste.

  • Once VIN IQ is connected to your marketing, it will begin to optimize your campaigns and you will start to see results immediately. To get the best results, we recommend letting the system monitor a full cycle of inventory turn. That usually takes 4-6 weeks.

  • No. VIN IQ can track any number of vehicles. It’s used by both small local dealerships (with a few dozen vehicles) and regional dealership groups (with hundreds of vehicles).

  • Yes. VIN IQ was designed to support your dealership's marketing, not replace it. You can choose to run campaigns through the platform or outside it.

  • Within 14 days, VIN IQ will identify traffic distribution and event activity per VIN by each of your paid campaigns and all free sources of traffic. This will show you which VINs are consuming the bulk of your paid traffic and which are underexposed and require exposure.

    The above data is then used by VIN IQ to create super efficient campaigns that prevent waste on your popular VINs and that redirect this wasted spend to drive traffic and engagement to VINs that are in need.

    Between 30 and 45 days, sold vehicle data will be incorporated to provide a more detailed ROI and attribution analysis per campaign. More importantly, since the data will show which ad platforms perform best for your individual models, campaigns will be automatically enhanced to prioritize specific models on ad platforms that will drive the greatest engagement for units of each model.

    The effect will be measurable increases in total VINs that achieved exposure and the average and median VDP views and engagement on underexposed VINs. You will see a measurable increase in unit sales and an acceleration in days to sale.

    From a cost standpoint, you will see a measurable reduction in Cost per VDP, Cost per Engagement Event, Cost per Visitor and Cost per Sold Vehicle. You will also see a reduction in the markdowns on sold units that fall above your median days to sale.

  • Yes. VIN IQ can integrate with DMS, CRM and other 3rd Party providers to supplement the reporting insights around sales, leads and inventory.

Customer Support

  • Each client is assigned a consultant that helps you understand and manage the platform. You also get calls twice a month to go over your results and any recommendations to increase performance.

  • We will walk you through the process of adding our tag to your website. The VIN IQ platform will synchronize data from that point forward. Once we collect data for 3-4 weeks, we will schedule a review call with you to review your marketing performance analysis.

  • If you’re not satisfied after the free trial, you’ll be free to cancel with us.
